Our Competitive Team focuses on personal excellence, work ethic, and building self-esteem, strengthening and flexibility. Our mission is to support Ontario’s top divers in reaching their full potential and getting ready with the aim of helping each diver achieve success at the Regional, Provincial, National, or International level competitions. We welcome talented divers from across Ontario to join this prestigious program.
This level requires minimum of 4-5 sessions a week a total of 8-10 hours a week.
